These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “TCS”) define the mutual rights and
obligations between FP Drawings, referred to as “the Seller,” and its customers (hereinafter
referred to as “the Customer”) for any order placed on the website [Website Name] (hereinafter
referred to as “the Site”).
By accessing the Site and placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted
these TCS without reservation. These TCS constitute the only applicable contractual framework,
excluding any other document or condition not expressly approved by FP Drawings.
FP Drawings reserves the right to modify the TCS at any time. However, the conditions applicable
are those in effect at the date of the Customer’s order.

FP Drawings offers for sale:
1. Wall posters, available in various formats and styles, printed on professional-grade
materials.
2. Downloadable digital artworks, ideal for personal or professional use, provided in standard
digital formats.
Product descriptions, photos, and illustrations on the Site are carefully provided.
However, they are not contractually binding, and minor differences may exist, particularly in color reproduction
depending on screen settings.
These products are available to both individual and professional customers.
Orders are exclusively placed online via the Site.
Order process:
1. The Customer selects the desired products and adds them to the cart.
2. Once the selection is completed, the Customer validates the cart, provides billing and delivery
information, and proceeds to payment.
3. The order is confirmed once payment is accepted.
The Customer will receive a confirmation email including an order summary. FP Drawings reserves the
right to cancel or refuse an order in case of disputes with the Customer, non-
payment, or suspected fraudulent behavior.
Prices displayed on the Site are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (TTC). Any potential
shipping fees are specified during the order process.

Full payment is required at the time of order. Transactions are secured using encryption
protocols that comply with current standards.
FP Drawings ships worldwide, except for the following restricted areas:
• Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk (Ukraine)
• Russia, Belarus
• Gaza Strip (Palestine), Ecuador
• Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea
Delivery times range from 3 to 21 business days, depending on the destination. These times are
provided as estimates and may be extended due to force majeure events (customs delays,
strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and product weight.
In case of delay, loss, or damage to products during transport, the Customer must notify FP
Drawings within 14 days after the expected delivery date. FP Drawings will work with the carrier
to find a solution.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does
not apply to:
• Customized products
• Downloadable digital artworks, once the download has been completed.
The Customer may request an exchange or refund only in case of a clear defect in the product.
Return procedure:
1. The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed with FP
Drawings.
If the product is deemed defective, a refund will be processed within 7 days after the returned
product is received and verified. Refunds will be made via the original payment method used.
FP Drawings applies:
• The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code).
• The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
These warranties do not cover improper or abusive use of the products.
FP Drawings is not responsible for:
• Delays or delivery failures caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.).
• Misuse of the products by the Customer.
• Failure to comply with local laws regarding imported products.
These TCS are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the Customer may contact a consumer mediator to attempt an amicable resolution
before pursuing legal action. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted
to the competent courts of the Seller’s place of residence.
